The Leadership Seminar is held each year at Salt Fork State Park near Cambridge, Ohio.

Take Route 22 East about 6 miles to Salt Fork State Park. Follow the signs back to the Lodge.

Location: The Leadership Seminar is held each year at Salt Fork State Park near Cambridge, Ohio. Approximately two miles north of Cambridge on I-77. Take Route 22 East about 6 miles to Salt Fork State Park. Follow the signs back to the Lodge

Registration: Please send in your registrations and registration fees by December 5th so that we can let the lodge know how many are coming.

Meals: You are on your own for meals. However, there is a restaurant located in the lodge for dining in. Cambridge, Ohio is about 25 minutes from the lodge.

Directions: Approximately two miles north of Cambridge on I-77. Take Rte. 22 East about 6 miles to Salt Fork State Park. Follow the signs back to the Lodge.

REGISTRATION FEES BASED ON YOUR CHOICE OF HOUSING: To keep the fees as low as possible, we have rented rooms with two full beds and two bunk beds, which allows placing four men to a room. Some have requested having an option of a room with two full-size beds with two men per room. You can also have a room by yourself or if you would like to bring your spouse. Below are the costs for each option. Please fill in the registration form and mark the appropriate box.

Option 1	Bunk Room with three other men - $75.00	Option 4	Seminar Only – Both Days - $55.00
Option 2	Semi-Private with one other man - $95.00	Option 5	Seminar Only – Thursday only - $35.00
Option 3	Private room - $135.00	Option 6	Seminar Only – Friday only - $30.00

WHAT IF I REGISTER AND THEN CANNOT COME? If for some reason you cannot come let us know before December 5th, when we have to guarantee things to the lodge, and we will refund your money. If you let us know after December 5th we cannot refund your money, but we will provide you with tapes of all the sessions if requested. You must let us know before the meeting begins if you will not be able to make it and would like tapes. This allows us to have the CDs and DVDs made while everything is set up, and often we can send them by somebody else.

CAN I REGISTER WHEN I ARRIVE? Yes, but there will be a $10.00 late fee added to your registration cost.
